Hi guys, Bela is back!!!!!

Thank you for liking the ff till now. I dedicated the intro and the 1st epi to all the characters and their POVs to set the stage. Now, since the base is clear, I will quicken the pace of this story. While the story so far has had all the characters, now I will majorly focus on our royal Raglak. Swasan will be here and there but no special mentions to their love story. It is Raglak for us…………Enjoy the next part.

It had been two weeks since my marriage to Lakshya. Although initially, we had been awkward with each other, we were now getting close. He was warming up to me slowly and confiding in me. All his secrets, his worries, his frustrations…….slowly, I was becoming a very important part of his life. Swara and Sanskaar or ‘Swasan’ as I had nicknamed them, had been trying hard to ‘expose’ me. And failing. Miserably. Honestly, I think they are just perfect for each other. And they look good together. But they obviously had no time to think of it. I would have no problem if Swara remains Sanskaar’s wife as long as she left me and Lakshya alone. Which, she has been doing. Because she and Sanskaar are getting closer. And I am happy for them. After what all I have done with her,she deserves this happiness. In short, I was in a comfortable space in my life. Not happy, no. But I was okay.

“RAGINI!” a voice reached my ears.

Smiling at the familiar voice, I turned around to face my husband. He had really become a good friend. Within a few days of my marriage, I realised that Lakshya really needed someone who could listen to him and give ideas. And it was understandable, since everyone in his family was busy mostly. I had become Lakshya’s confidant. And I loved the feeling.

“God! It is so hot outside! It is a blessing that you have kept the AC on and the room is cold. ” he sighed.
I smiled. He could be quite a child at times. A spoilt child. But I loved him.

“How was your day?” I politely asked.

He made a face. I instantly knew it wasn’t good. Time to change the topic………

“Lakshya, a new movie has come. Can we go and watch it?” I blurted out the first thing that came to my mind.

He gave me a sideways glance. “You watch movies?” he smirked.

I was offended. What did he think I was? A mediaeval woman? I crossed my arms with a pout and turned away from him.

“What happened Ragini?” his voice came out with concern.

“Kuch Kuch Hota Hai Lakshya. Tum nahi samjhoge!” I replied.

His face brightened. He gave a wide smile and asked me which movie I wanted to watch. The Conjuring 2, I replied. His eyes bulged out comically. I bit my cheek to stop myself from laughing, before he could get offended.

“Are you sure? Will you be able to watch it? ” he asked apprehensively.

“Scared already?” I asked cheekily.

“Nope.” He replied with a huge smile on his face. The smile I had fallen for the moment when I first met him alone when he had come to meet me at my music academy.

It was decided that we two would go for the movie on Saturday because Papaji gave every weekend off to both him and Adarsh Bhaiya. We booked the tickets online and then talked for a while, making plans about the day. I asked him again if he was okay with the idea and if he had no prior commitments.

“Don’t worry Ragini. I am very excited and I am looking forward to it. I was anyways getting bored inside the house and this Swara and Sanskaar drama is making my head ache. It would be fantastic if we go out and enjoy. Aur waise bhi, ek baat Jo Maine commitment kardi, phir to main apne aap Ki bhi nahi sunta!” replied Lakshya in good spirits.

I smiled and wished him goodnight. As I was preparing for bed and setting the couch for Lakshya to sleep on, I suddenly realised that I, Ragini Lakshya Maheshwari, was going on my first date. That too, with the love of my life. The thought made me happy and I looked at Lakshya who was sleeping on the couch. My heart started beating fast and I climbed on the bed, smiling like an idiot. Within a few minutes, sleep engulfed me as I imagined how my first date would be.
